Perry J. Roach
Chief Executive Officer
As one of the original founders of Netsweeper and a primary shareholder, Perry Roach has led the business through a decade of growth and maturity. Bringing over 25 years of experience in operations, sales and management to Netsweeper, Perry's entrepreneurial leadership and spirit has positioned Netsweeper as a technological leader of Internet Content Filtering solutions. Under Perry's leadership, Netsweeper has developed a team of internationally qualified professionals that continue to drive the business forward with a customer first attitude.
Today, Perry is the driving force behind his management team as he focuses on building a tactical road map for the business while developing strategic partnerships in the pursuit of new business opportunities. Perry is also actively involved in the industry of Internet safety and sits on the Board of Directors for associations such as KINSA (Kids Internet Safety Alliance) whose mission is to "help find, rescue and heal child victims of abuse whose images are shared on the Internet."
Prior to founding Netsweeper, Perry honed his leadership skills while holding various positions with major public US companies and as a regional executive with a start-up division of GE Capital Canada. Perry received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
Andrew Graydon
Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Graydon is the Chief Operating Officer of Netsweeper Inc. Bringing his technical expertise and more than 15 years of working globally with customers and technical communities, his vision, energy and enthusiasm help drive Netsweeper's day-to-day operations. Most recently, Andrew was Chief Technology Officer for BorderWare where he led the company's technology innovations to address market concerns and challenges in messaging security, including strategies for information security, data loss prevention, regulatory compliance and the convergence of IP-based applications including Email, IM, Web and VoIP.
Prior to joining BorderWare, Andrew was the vice president of Customer Engineering at Wysdom, a privately held company that pioneered the software delivery platform for wireless devices, allowing wireless telcos to enable their infrastructure for secure delivery of functionality to external developers. In this role, he helped internally define the technology and concepts while working with the customers and the technical community.
Andrew is also a widely published expert in the security industry as his articles have appeared in numerous leading publications such as CIO Magazine, InfoWorld, Network World, Red Herring, SC Magazine, The Globe and Mail, IETF and IEEE.
Andrew holds a BS (Hons) in Applied Physics specializing in Computational and Mathematical Physics from Dublin University, Ireland.
Lou Erdelyi
Chief Technology Officer
Lou Erdelyi is an original founder and the pioneer behind Netsweeper's Artificial Intelligence Web filtering technology. Combining Lou's innate technological capabilities with his instinctive knack for business, positions Lou as a key pillar on the Netsweeper executive team.
As the CTO, Lou oversees all things technology oriented at Netsweeper. From the development of our products, to the networking infrastructure that supports the business, to heading up our Pre and Post Sales Engineering departments - Lou's contributions both internally and externally have resulted in a decade of business success. Netsweeper's customers regularly call on Lou for his sincere guidance and technical expertise as he goes beyond the call of duty in providing customer service.
Prior to founding Netsweeper, Lou operated as a senior network engineer, analyst and developer with one of Canada's fasted growing Internet Service Providers before assuming a senior management role with the Canadian leader of hosted Internet services and products for Internet Service Providers.
Andrew Dindayal
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Dindayal is Netsweeper’s Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in financial operations and management. Andrews experience covers software, consulting, healthcare and chemical industries; He has eight years’ experience in software and consulting organizations. Andrew has led finance and accounting at companies both privately held and publically traded. He has held various management positions, at companies such as Redknee Solutions Inc. (recipient of Platinum status as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies by Deloitte & Touche), Cap Gemini, Air Liquide and LV. Lomas Ltd.
As lead for the Netsweeper Mission Critical strategy, Andrew’s goal is to drive change and growth in the organization through organic expansion and acquisitions aligned to changing customer needs. His responsibilities in this role include M&A, financial planning and analysis, HR and legal. He holds a CMA from the Society of Management Accountants.
