Criminal Law Act

This Act includes provisions that can be applied to cases of hate speech and illegal content, such as:

• Public Violence: Sections that address incitement to violence can be used against individuals or groups promoting hate speech that leads to violence.
• Defamation: Legal actions can be taken against individuals for defamatory statements, which may include statements that incite hatred against specific groups.
