Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038)

This Act encourages international cooperation in cybersecurity matters. It mandates the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) to collaborate with international organizations, other nations, and relevant bodies to enhance Ghana’s cybersecurity posture.
