Zambia’s approach to cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection is primarily governed by the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act, 2021, which was enacted to combat cybercrime and enhance the security of critical information infrastructure. This Act includes provisions that regulate how critical infrastructure is identified and protected, as well as the responsibilities of service providers.
