United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC)

Kenya is a signatory to UNTOC, which obligates the country to cooperate with other nations in combating transnational organized crime. This includes cooperation in areas such as human trafficking, drug trafficking, and money laundering.
